Campfires – $75 per site (plus General Admission)
There are thirty private campfire sites. All campfire sites are available by reservation only. Payment through Ticket Leap is required to hold a reservation. See map of campfire site locations!
What says autumn better than a warm, crackling campfire? Gather around the campfire and make memories, share stories or connect with family and friends. Bring your camera, flashlights for evening use, and an extra jacket for the crispy fall evenings. A South Texas Maize staff member will get your fire started. An 8-foot picnic table and three wooden benches are provided at each campfire site accommodating up to 30 people. General Admission is required for everyone attending the campfire site.
Campfires can be reserved for the following times:
Friday evenings: 6-10:00pm
Saturdays: 10am-1:30pm 2-5:30 6-10:00pm
Sundays: Noon – 6pm
Folks who rent a campfire on weekends are welcome to bring coolers of drinks, hot dogs, marshmallows, etc. for roasting or buy food here, but please no alcohol. If you are supplying your own food please remember to bring cooking utensils: metal skewers for hot dogs and marshmallows, etc. Wooden roasting sticks are for sale in the Glow Shack at 50-cents a piece. The food you bring must be taken to the campfire area by hand. There are absolutely, positively, no vehicles allowed beyond the main parking area.
